I am living proof that you are NEVER too old to learn new tricks/ hacks ( I'm 78). I did not know about the Pink Stuff, the shaving cream hack, the grape hack or the DIY magic eraser hack or "how to not struggle with the pesky parchment paper"....but now I do and I will use them. Great Hack. Use Cheap Barbasol Reg Shaving Cream on bathroom mirrors, eye glasses and inside car windows for Anti Fog. Just use small amount and buff in. It really works and very inexpensive

Coming from a family who hoards, I started learning about minimalism.. What we have in our home right now are things that have a purpose. I've gone through every cupboard and drawer and closet and started grabbing everything i saw that i didn't use or wear, i got rid of so many dishes and silverware, if i had 2 of anything ,i got rid of one. All my shoes ,i kept what i wear. I didn't keep it. Any, maybe I'll use these items.. i didn't have loads of stuff, but it was still too much to me, and i wanted it to feel free around me..

No need to buy wrinkle releaser. You can accomplish the same effect with water. Spritz the clothing with water, give it a few shakes, and the wrinkles are gone. Really. Just water. In fact, I suspect if you look at the label of wrinkle releasers, they're just water with fragrance.

What I do to clean the toilet I put a little bit of Clorox bleach in the toilet may be a quarter of a cup to a half a cup. I close the lid on the toilet. I let it sit overnight the next morning the whole toilet is clean. I don’t even have to scrub it cause the fumes from the Clorox just clean the toilet and I just got it. and I just got a flush it. I do the same thing with the tank maybe once every 3 to 4 months I put a little Clorox in the tank I let it sit and then I flush it and I don’t have to do anything. I don’t have to get my hands dirty, or near any of that gunk. Just thought I’d share that with you.

I think you could use 1 empty tube (from Christmas wrapping paper) and 1 leg of a pair of pantie hoses. Just cut the tube as if you're wanting to flatten it out than slip it in the hose but kind of thread the slit onto the door. I hope y'all would get what I mean by doing it this way.

I have an even better hack for grapes than the one about rolling them in the towel. When you bring your grapes home from the store take them all out of the bag. Pick up one stem and hang it vertically from the zipper closure. Holding both the zipped closure and the stem shake the bag vigorously. All the grapes will fall off, and you can throw the stem away. Do the same thing with each additional stem. All the grapes will end up in the bottom of your original bag. Then you can wash them and store them as you wish

I fold all of my sheets, then take a pillow case, and put them all inside it. If I have a quilt or thin bedspread, I will fold it all, stack it, and slide it all into a pillow case.
